Refund policy

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving Hello Petal. We are not responsible for any damages once your package has left our hands. Please contact Australia Post for more information.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.   All Items MUST be returns in their original, undamaged condition within 7 days to qualify.

If you have any issues with the quality of your pieces please contact us to discuss and if applicable we can arrange a refund, exchange or store credit.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on the following items:
Digital downloads
Gift Vouchers
Sale items
Our Sample sale products consist of sample pieces & test prints. Any flaws are pictured and stated in the products description. All pieces are priced accordingly. Sale products are sold as is and do not qualify for refunds.

Product Disclaimer
Our seeded paper is handmade which means each piece is slightly different in tone, texture and weight. This means that there can sometimes be minor variations with the appearance of our artwork and designs. Due to the placement of the seeds, no two pieces are the same making each piece truly unique. We think this adds to the beauty of our handcrafted product.
We try our hardest to provide accurate representations of our products. Please note that due to screen differences there may be slight differences with colour. 

Please take this into consideration when purchasing handmade.
